50 Double Unders

Purpose of the Workout:
Our longer Wednesday, more endurance based WOD is a CrossFit workout that has been around for a long time, the Filthy Fifty! This workout is 10 different movements with 50 repetitions of each. Because our skill of the month is double unders, we will of course be doing 50 double unders in this WOD and continuing to practice them in the warm up.
