4:00 Double Unders (Each 10 Reps=1 Point)

Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are going to continue to practice and polish our technique on our double unders. From there we will have a chance to practice them in our WOD once we are nice and tired. Even though it is counterintuitive, we have found that athletes tend to perform double unders better once they are fatigued for whatever reason! The goal of today’s WOD is to accumulate as many points as possible from all four movements.
