Purpose of the Workout:
Our monthly skill focus for June is running! Today we will work through multiple drills to improve the efficiency of your stride that we will apply in the actual WOD. For our WOD, we have a nice endurance based triplet consisting of the assault bike, double unders, and running. The purpose here is to apply those efficiency tips and drills to actual running when under fatigue (which you will be if you do this one properly!)
