Purpose of the Workout:
We are going to kick off our first March skill session by going back to the basics of our monthly focus, the handstand. The foundation of any handstand variation is our basic body positioning and ability to support our body weight. Those two principles are what we are really going to emphasize with today’s drills.

Our Wednesday endurance biased WOD today is a reverse pyramid style chipper! This should be a long and challenging WOD that will definitely get you sweaty!
