Purpose of the Workout:
Murph is coming….THIS Monday. In preparation for this we are going to be performing a partial Murph ‘Chipper” style. This means we have to complete or chip away at all the repetitions of a specific movement before moving onto the next (i.e. no partitioning reps). Even though most of us will not be performing Murph in this style, today will be an effective training session in appreciating it!
