THE NO-SWEAT INTRO

If you’re ready to get started with your fitness and nutrition journey or are just looking for a new workout environment, come check us out and see what our community is all about and all the different ways we can help you.

Your first visit with us will be about 20 minutes long. We’ll introduce you to our staff and take a tour of the facility. Then we’ll sit down and talk about your goals. Schedule your appointment.

WE WANT TO SEE YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

We will get to know you and your fitness and health goals, and then together, we’ll decide the best way to reach those goals. The good news is that we have a variety of fitness and nutrition programs available for whatever your needs may be. NO SALES PRESSURE

Our No-Sweat Intro is exactly that: a no-pressure opportunity to meet with our coaches and discuss where you are and what you want to achieve. We don’t have sales quotas to meet and our only agenda is to help YOU get fit, healthy, and happy. If you feel we are a great fit, then we will help you move on to the next step, Foundations. Get to know our coaches.

WHAT IS FOUNDATIONS?

Foundations Class consists of five One-on-One sessions over 2 or 3 weeks that focus on the core movements of CrossFit. In each class you will learn foundational movements and progressions from a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, along with Olympic Lifts taught by a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach. Each class will start with a warm-up followed by instruction on CrossFit Movements and/or Olympic Lifts, then end with a workout using the movements learned that day.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE FOUNDATIONS?

Nowhere else can you get as much out of an hour than with CrossFit. The movements and techniques you’ll perform, however, are sometimes complex and require a bit of learning. For your safety, each and every new member must complete Foundations Classes prior to joining, giving you the confidence and knowledge you need to take on any workout.

WHEN CAN I START?

You can get started as soon as you are ready! You’ll pick the days and times for each of your sessions. Book your No-Sweat Intro to get started.

If you’re visiting from another box and have previous CrossFit experience, contact us to see if you are able to test out of Foundations.

A PROGRAM DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU

We want to get to know you and your goals. From there, we will decide the best way to get started with your fitness and nutrition journey. Most people find a combination of Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, and if your’re comfortable, Small Group Classes to be the best way to reach their goals.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO DO CROSSFIT?

No problem! At Recursive, we don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach to fitness. We offer a variety of classes and programs to meet your needs.

Whether you are looking for personal training, strength training, endurance training, nutrition coaching, sport-specific training, or a six-week intro program to help you take the first steps, we are here for you.

BUT I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE

We know that life gets busy and that work and family and life can be hectic. We are here for you!

We offer early morning, afternoon, and evening classes five days a week and a morning class and open gym on Saturdays and Sundays. If that doesn’t fit your schedule, we offer personal training at flexible times throughout the week.

I found Recursive and with the help of the workouts and personal training by Nikole and Cam was able to train and meet the entrance physical standards into the police academy this September!
The toughest part for me was the push-ups and Nikole and Cam worked to help me build my strength and my confidence and achieve my goals. I could barely do 10 sloppy push-ups and was able to meet the standard of 19 back this summer with good form!

This is the gym for me
